WARRANTY
POLICY:
The duration of the warranty for each of these motor vehicles varies by manufacturer and/or model. The duration of the manufacturer’s warranty is clearly indicated in each vehicle listing and is subject to the policy and procedures of that manufacturer.
Bobcat's Manufacturer Limited Warranty Details:
The warranty is divided into
two categories (parts and motor) and the duration of each category may vary by model. Duration of the warranty is stated in a length of months and/or years. Duration of the warranty is limited to a distance of two thousand miles per year. The warranty expires upon reaching the stated duration or driving the total number of miles calculated for the warranty length. The warranty, in part or as a whole, may be rendered null and void under certain conditions as described in this warranty.
Bobcat's Motorsports Responsibilities:

Bobcat's
Motorsports
shall have sole discretion in determining if a malfunctions or damage is due
to a defect
in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process or is a result of vehicle abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, etc.

The warranty specifically covers the
warranty part(s) to the Buyer.
Any part(s) covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Bobcat's. Repairs will be performed in a manner consistent with generally accepted practices of the automotive industry to return a repairable item to “as close to factory specification as mechanically possible”. Any component(s) that are replaced under this warranty will be replaced with a component(s) of like kind and quality.
Replacement parts provided by this warranty are understood to be
supplied by the manufacture.
Bobcat's
Motorsports will not pay for or reimburse the cost of part(s) obtained or purchased by the Buyer from a third party vendor.

Bobcat's Motorsports will process orders in the order in which they received and shall make every reasonable effort to process every order in 5-7 business days unless the parts are back ordered.

Bobcat's Motorsports
provides a lifetime technical support via phone and email.
Bobcat's
Limited Parts Warranty:
The term parts is understood to be synonymous with component, item, piece and/or any other term that, in general, describes any manufactured metal, or electrical component contained on and/or within the vehicle as it was produced by the manufacturer.
This warranty covers the following parts for the duration of the warranty except when excluded by specific conditions identified in the
"Bobcat's Manufacturer Limited Warranty Details".
Parts: Any manufactured metal, or electrical component contained on and/or within the vehicle as it was produced by the manufacturer, excluding any part covered under the Bobcat's Limited Engine Warranty, is warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process.
Any body plastic panel and accessories such as rear trunk,
luggage rack, windshield, mirrors will be replaced only if a "shipping damage claim" is
successfully filed (see "Shipping Information" for detail). Body panels and
accessories are NOT covered by
Bobcat's Manufacturer Limited Warranty
for any reason.
Some defective parts such as engine, transmission, gear box, differential must be returned to
Bobcat's Motorsports Warranty Dept at Buyer's expense for
inspection and verification of defect before a repair or replacement will be performed and determined. COD or badly damaged
part due to poor packaging will be
refused and returned to you. Bobcat's Motorsports and the manufactures reserve the right
to decline any warranty claim based on the criteria listed in the
Conditions portion of this warranty. The repaired or
replacement engine will be shipped back to Buyer at buyer's expense.
WHY DO YOU WANT MY PART BACK?
We may need your part
for several reasons:
-
We carry variety
models from different manufacturers,
and changes/upgrades on each model are often made by the
manufacturer, therefore we some times need to match up and make sure your
replacement part is the correct one before sending it to you.
-
We require the part back so we may monitor defective parts
and notify the manufacturer about potential future problems or recalls.
-
We need to verify that your part is in fact defective.
Many times we received parts back that were not defective at all. Our
Warranty Dept. does no longer send out certain parts base on
pictures or verbal/written notice from Buyer or a repair shop.
-
Some warranty parts such as engine, transmission, wheel must be sent back at
your expense in order to receive free diagnosis, repair or exchange.
Conditions:
The Bobcat's Limited Parts Warranty is effective only under the following conditions:
-
All scheduled maintenance was performed, including but not limited
to engine oil changes, transmission fluid changes, and valve lash
adjustments, at the appropriate interval in a manner consistent with
the owner’s manual, the GY6 repair manual, procedures described by
Bobcat's Technical Support, or other methods generally accepted as
proper by the automotive industry.

The cooling system must have remained in good working condition at all times, the cooling system and the reservoir must have remained filled with to the correct levels with a 50 percent mix of ethylene glycol or propylene glycol and distilled water coolant, and all auxiliary systems of the cooling system, including but no limited to cooling fan(s), gauge(s), relief valve(s), external pump(s), and hose(s),
must have remained in good working condition at all times, except in
the event of a warranted failure in the cooling system, in which
case the engine must have be stopped immediately and repaired prior
to resuming use.

The
vehicle has not been loaded beyond the maximum vehicle load capacity listed in the owner’s manual.
-
The vehicle is used under normal conditions for its intended
purpose.
Bobcat's Limited Parts Warranty exclusions include but are not limited to the following:
-
Maintenance and standard wear items such as but not limited to seat(s), handgrip(s), filter(s), tire(s), brake pad(s) or shoe(s) and drive belt(s).
-
Maintenance and standard wear items such as batteries, light bulb(s), engine mount(s), rubber bushing(s) and hose(s), which are warranted for
30 days against manufacturer defect only.
-
Rim(s) and muffler(s) are warranted for 60 days against manufacturer
defect only.
-
Decorative or convenience items that are not critical to vehicle function such as cup holders, clocks, mud flaps, curb feelers.
-
Factory installed optional electronics such as accent lights, alarm systems, remote starters and audio equipment.
-
Malfunctions caused by factory or Buyer installed 3rd party electronics.
-
Damage to a covered component is solely the result of and/or caused by a failure in any non-covered component.
-
Any item specifically covered by the Bobcat's Limited Engine Warranty.
The Bobcat's Limited Parts Warranty is rendered null and void under the following conditions:
-
Vehicles used for extreme or abusive riding, and racing or competition.
-
Any system has been modified to other than factory specifications.
-
Damages due to natural phenomenon, including hail, flood or fire.
-
Damages due to collision, accident, abuse, or negligence.
-
Damages due to sabotage, espionage, or subversion.
-
Vehicle is used in the commission of a crime.
-
Vehicles used by unqualified operators.
-
Unauthorized/Unqualified repair.
Bobcat's Limited Engine Warranty:
The term engine is understood to be synonymous with
motor, power train, and/or other term that describes, in general,
the internal combustion engine and integrated continuously variable
transmission. Reference to any such term is implied to refer to the
engine and the coverage of the Bobcat's Limited Engine Warranty. The
term transmission is understood to be synonymous with gear box,
final drive, drive train and/or any other term that describes, in
general, the internally encased and lubricated system of driven
gears and connected input and output shafts. Reference to any such
term is implied to refer to the transmission and the coverage of the
Bobcat's Limited Engine Warranty. The term differential is
understood to describe, in general, the internally encased and
lubricated system of driven gears and connected input and output
shafts of a differential gear box, if the vehicle is equipped with
one. The term transfer is understood to describe, in general, the
internally encased and lubricated system of driven gears and
connected input and output shafts of a transfer gear box, if the
vehicle is equipped with one.
This warranty covers the following parts for the duration of the warranty except when excluded by specific conditions identified in the Bobcat's Manufacturer Limited Warranty.
Engine: The engine assembly, limited to internally lubricated parts, such as but not limited to: piston(s), wrist pin(s), wrist pin clip(s), connecting rod(s), crankshaft(s), camshaft(s), main bearing(s), camshaft bearing(s), timing chain gear(s), rocker arm(s), rocker arm shaft(s), valve spring retainer(s), valve guide(s), valve push rod(s), valve lifter(s), internal oil pump(s), internal water pump(s), water pump bearing(s), accessory chain gear(s), starter clutch(s), starter reduction gear(s), stator(s), flywheel(s), magneto rotor(s) and any associated shaft(s), is warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process except when failure is associated with a failure resulting from improper valve lash and/or timing chain tension.
Additionally, the crankcase(s), engine head(s), cylinder(s), camshaft cover(s) and internal engine casting(s) are warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process and/or damage caused solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internally lubricated components specified above except when associated with a failure resulting from improper valve lash and/or timing chain tension.
Parts that are expected to wear with use, including but not limited to ring(s), timing chain(s), timing chain guide(s), timing chain tensioner(s), accessory chain(s), valve spring(s), valve(s), valve seat(s) and valve lash adjustment screw(s) are warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process except when failure is a result caused by wear.
Transmission: The transmission, limited to the input shaft(s), internally lubricated part(s) contained within the transmission case, and the output shaft(s), is warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process.
The transmission case(s), including the transmission integrated left engine crankcase(s), are warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process and/or damage caused solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internally lubricated components contained within the transmission case, the variator assembly, or the clutch assembly.
Parts that are expected to wear with use, including but not limited to the variator assembly, consisting of the inner cone half, outer cone half, center sleeve, retainer, ramp plate, restrictor plate, ramp guides, and roller weights, and clutch assembly, consisting of the clutch drum, clutch shoes, clutch springs, clutch shoe retainer, center spring, back plate, center sleeve, inner pulley half, and outer pulley half, are warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process except when failure is a result caused by wear.
Transfer: The transfer, limited to the input shaft(s), internally lubricated part(s) contained within the transfer case, and the output shaft(s), is warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process. The transfer case(s), are warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process and/or damage caused solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internally lubricated components contained within the transfer case.
Differential: The differential, limited to the input shaft(s), internally lubricated part(s) contained within the differential case, and the output shaft(s), is warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process.
The differential case(s), are warranted against failure due to defect in materials, workmanship, or manufacturing process and/or damage caused solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internally lubricated components contained within the differential case.
Conditions:
The Bobcat's Limited Engine Warranty is effective only under the following conditions:

All scheduled maintenance was performed, including but not limited to engine oil changes, transmission fluid changes, and valve lash adjustments, at the appropriate interval in a manner consistent with the owner’s manual, the GY6 repair manual, procedures described by Bobcat's Technical Support, or other methods generally accepted as proper by the automotive industry.

The cooling system must have remained in good working condition at all times, the cooling system and the reservoir must have remained filled with to the correct levels with a 50 percent mix of ethylene glycol or propylene glycol and distilled water coolant, and all auxiliary systems of the cooling system, including but no limited to cooling fan(s), gauge(s), relief valve(s), external pump(s), and hose(s), must have remained in good working condition at all times, except in the event of a warranted failure in the cooling system, in which case the engine must have be stopped immediately and repaired prior to resuming use.

The
vehicle has not been loaded beyond the maximum vehicle load capacity listed in the owner’s manual.
-
The vehicle is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose.
Bobcat's Limited Engine Warranty exclusions include but are not limited to the following:
-
Rubber or fiber items such as but not limited to gasket(s), seal(s) and hose(s), which are warranted for 7 days against manufacturer defect only.
-
Maintenance and standard wear items such as but not limited to spark plug(s), spark plug wire(s), drive belt(s), fluid(s) and non-permanent filter(s).
-
Accessory items, including but not limited to electrical components of all types such as distributor(s), external alternator(s), voltage regulator(s), charging system diode(s), captive discharge ignition module(s), magnetic pickup(s), ignition coil(s), solenoid(s), spark plug wire(s), sensor(s), automatic electrical switch(s) and other electrical control device(s) (except item stators), fuel system components, cooling systems components (except internal water pumps), engine mount(s), rubber bushing(s) and linkage(s).

Damage to a covered component is solely the result of and/or caused by a failure in any non-covered component.
-
Any item specifically covered by the Bobcat's Limited Parts Warranty.
The Bobcat's Limited Engine Warranty is rendered null and void under the following conditions:
-
Bobcat's
Motorsports is not provided a reasonable opportunity to review vendors ASE, other factory
qualification, and/or itemized labor estimate prior to work being performed.
-
Vehicles used for extreme or abusive riding, and racing or competition.
-
Any system has been modified to other than factory specifications.
-
Damages due to natural phenomenon, including hail, flood or fire.
-
Damages due to collision, accident, abuse, or negligence.
-
Damages due to sabotage, espionage, or subversion.
-
Vehicle is used in the commission of a crime.
-
Vehicles used by unqualified operators.
-
Unauthorized third party repair.
Bobcat's Optional Extended Warranty:
Optional extended warranty may be offered and must be
purchased concurrently with the purchase of the vehicle at the pricing
posted in that vehicle's listing. The pricing will be twice more if Buyer
decides to extend warranty after the vehicle is shipped. Extended warranties
are non-refundable for any reason nor do they extend the labor coverage (if
any). Extended warranty coverage extends only the time duration and distance
limitations of the Bobcat's Motorsports Manufacturer Limited Part Warranty
and Bobcat's Motorsports Manufacturer Limited Engine Warranty for the
additional duration and calculated distance of the extension which is
purchased. The extension is cumulative and begins at the expiration of the
manufacturer’s factory warranty. Vehicles not originally covered by the
Bobcat's Manufacturer Limited Warranty will be transferred to the Bobcat's
Motorsports Optional Extended Warranty Coverage at the expiration of the
original manufacturer warranty.
All coverage under the Bobcat's Motorsports Optional Extended
Warranty is provided under the same limitation, exclusions, and conditions as
the Bobcat's Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Specific overages are subject to the terms of this agreement regardless of the vehicles original manufacturer.
Bobcat's Motorsports
Limited In-House Labor Policy:
This policy is
not a warranty; Buyer is expected to perform functions
beyond notification in order to receive benefits under this policy. The
term labor is understood to describe, in general, the manual work required to
diagnose, troubleshoot, test and/or perform a repair on a brand new vehicle.
This policy covers the labor for Engine failure only and is limited to the
actual work performed by Bobcat's Motorsports Warranty Dept for a period of
30 days from the date of delivery.
If Buyer chooses
not to ship the engine back for us to diagnose, repair or replace and chooses a local repair shop instead, Buyer
is responsible for a full payment to the local repair shop, no exception. Additionally, this policy is excluded from the extension under the
Bobcat's Motorsports Optional Extended Warranty Coverage. Any
and all postage, towing charges and time loss incurred are the responsibilities of Buyer.
Conditions:
The Bobcat's Limited In-House Labor Policy is effective only under the following
conditions:

All scheduled maintenance was performed, including but not limited to engine oil
changes, transmission fluid changes, and valve lash adjustments, at the
appropriate interval in a manner consistent with the owner’s manual, the GY6
repair manual, procedures described by Bobcat's Technical Support, or other methods
generally accepted as proper by the automotive industry.

You have contacted Bobcat's and attempted the repair yourself and/or the repair is
determined by Bobcat's to be beyond the capability of the average consumer.

Bobcat's Motorsports has received a request for warranty coverage with supporting documents via
email.
-
Bobcat's Motorsports has approved the request for warranty coverage prior to
the engine being
shipped back the Warranty Dept.
-
Buyer is responsible for postage of shipping any and all
parts to and from Bobcat's Motorsports Warranty Dept.
Bobcat's Limited
In-House Labor Policy exclusions include but are not limited to the following:
-
Labor to perform scheduled maintenance and/or general maintenance.
-
Any returned engine that is not pre-approved by Bobcat's Motorsports.
Vehicles delivered in factory's crate (not fully assembled):
Ice Bear Vehicles are required to be assembled by a Certified Mechanic in order to qualify for the factory warranty. A shop report must be received by Bobcats Motorsports within 7 business days of delivery (10 business days for HI, AK). Issues caused by assembly are not covered under warranty. Other makes such as BMS, AMIGO, TAO
MOTOR, ROKETA, JASS etc do not require assembly being completed by a certified mechanic and can be done by the customer, however, any issues or damages resulting from assembly, will not be covered under warranty.
Buyers Responsibility for vehicles delivered assembled or unassembled:
Buyer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon delivery and noting any damages on the delivery receipt and taking pictures of damages to submit via email to Bobcats Motorsports at
[email protected].
For all vehicles the customer has 3 business days to report damages with pictures and delivery receipt noting damages signed by the driver. Any items that are not covered under the regular manufacture warranty such as missing items, broken body pieces, damage to tires or accessories not reported within 3 business days will not be covered under warranty.
Buyers Responsibility for owning/operating vehicles:
Buyer acknowledges acceptance of the risks of riding a motor vehicle and acknowledges that he or she is qualified to operate a motor vehicle as purchased from Bobcat's Motorsports. Buyer understands that they must abide by the motor vehicle laws of their state. Buyer is responsible for any required titling, registration, inspections, and insurance that may be required by their state for this motor vehicle before use. Buyer must be in good physical and mental condition to ride a motor vehicle. If Buyer is not familiar with operating a motor vehicle, Buyer should seek professional training and be fully competent before riding their motor vehicle.
Motor vehicles are inspected and tested prior to shipping and shipped in
working condition. Vehicle should be assembled by a licensed mechanic.
Buyer/mechanic is responsible for reconnecting any loose wires, nuts,
bolts and/or screw that have may have developed during shipping. In the event
a wire, screw, nut or bolt has become loose, attempts to assist the Buyer
in reconnecting the loose part will be made. Because Bobcat's Motorsports cannot be
present at the motor vehicle, no guarantee is made of successful reconnection.
Mechanic prepping vehicle must check all systems to determine functionality.
Buyer
is aware that the Break in period is as follows: First 1,000 miles
motor vehicle is Not suppose to be ridden at top speed at all, varied speed
from slow to 2/3 Top speed.
Buyer
is responsible for: Change oil during vehicle assembly when received, then
change Oil at 200 miles and every 1,000 miles thereafter, all fluids should be
checked upon assembly and every 500 miles thereafter, failure to do any of the
above will void the warranty. If there is a manufacturers defect in the wear and tear item it must be
submitted for warranty within 5 days of receiving the vehicle otherwise it
will not be covered under any circumstances. Improper operation or any repairs
made without prior authorization from
Bobcat's Motorsports
will be excluded from warranty. All shipping damages need to be noted on the
delivery receipt and submitted to
Bobcat's Motorsports
within 3 business days of delivery.
If any part is found to be defective, the Buyer may be
required to send the part back to Bobcat's Motorsports Warranty Dept for a
diagnosis, repair or replacement. The Buyer must ship the requested part to Bobcat's Motorsports
Warranty Dept at buyer's postage. Buyers will not be reimbursed for parts purchased from third party vendors; warranty covers only parts provided by
the manufacturer.
Buyers are expected to perform the labor or hire a mechanic at Buyer’s expense to remove, install and/or replace, the part(s) provided under this warranty. Buyer is liable for labor charge to replace any part covered by warranty except as indicated under the conditions of the Bobcat's Limited
In-House Labor Policy.
All
postage, towing charges incurred are the responsibility of the Buyer.
The presence of a defective part on a motor vehicle
will not be considered a reason to return vehicle.
In no circumstance
shall a loose wire, screw, nut or bolt, missing parts, cosmetic damages, and
incomplete minor assembly/adjustment be considered a reason for return of
motor vehicle. In the event a wire, screw, nut or bolt has become loose or
missing during transit, or poor performances of a brand new motor vehicle
occur due to improper tune-up, attempts to assist in reconnection/adjustment
will be made by Bobcat's Motorsports via email or phone. If we cannot
successfully troubleshoot the issue, Buyer is responsible for hiring a
qualified mechanic to diagnose it and contact Bobcat's Motorsports for
warranty parts if needed. Buyer will not be reimbursed for parts that are
purchased from third party vendors including but not limited to local
dealers and online sellers. Buyer or the Mechanic prepping motor vehicle upon
receipt must check all systems to determine functionality and contact Bobcat's Motorsports
within 3 days in the case of any defects. Motor vehicles may only be
returned by following the Bobcat's Motorsports Return and Refund policy.
INHERENT RISKS /Safety Precaution:
WARNING!
Operating
an all-terrain-vehicle (ATV), dirt bike, go kart, motorcycle, moped, and gas
motor vehicle
CAN BE DANGEROUS AND MAY LEAD TO SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. These risks and dangers also include but are not limited to paralysis, disability, dismemberment, and death. These inherent risks may be the result of
rider's own actions or non-actions involving: themselves, others, or specific circumstances of the activity occurring, or the neglect or negligence of themselves and or others. There may be other risks known or unknown to
rider. Buyer assumes all risks and fully assumes and accepts responsibility for events that may not be foreseeable including economic loss, social distress, losses, costs, and damages caused as a result of person's vehicle riding activities.
AND EVEN PROPER OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE TO A MOTORIZED
VEHICLE MAY NOT PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
No implied warranties or agreements:
There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this agreement. Bobcat's Motorsports shall not be responsible for payment of damages, other than the sums specified in this agreement, including incidental and/or consequential loss or damages arising from injury, loss of use, loss of time, rental vehicles, profits, or income to the Buyer as a result of a failure of any component or part.
Non-Transferability:
This agreement is provided to the original Buyer and is non transferable.
CANCELLATION/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Cancellation:
All sales of Motor Vehicles on this website are final
and not subject to cancellation or changes without our consent to Buyer's
written request. Additionally, no vehicles may be returned for credit
or exchanged without prior written consent from Bobcat's Motorsports. If for
any reason the Buyer decides to cancel the order after the payment has been
made and BEFORE the vehicle is shipped, a 10% cancellation fee will be
deducted from the refund. Once a payment is received, the vehicle is removed
from our general inventory and held for the Buyer for up to 7 days till the
Buyer confirms the order details with us and signs the warranty documents
that are required by the DMV. As we are a licensed and bonded Vehicle Dealer
registered with DMV, we are required to have the warranty documents signed
by every Buyer at the sale before a vehicle leaves our possession. It is a
potential loss for us if the Buyer places an order which makes the vehicle
unavailable to other, but has no intention to confirm the order details or
to sign the warranty documents, also it costs us more to restock the item
back to our inventory. The 10% is to cover those fees.
Return and Refund:
Please notify us in writing within
3 days of receiving your vehicle, All vehicles must be returned in brand
new condition and sealed in manufacturer's original packaging, there are
absolutely no refunds or returns/exchanges allowed for any items that are
assembled, used or fueled for any reason as the vehicle would be considered
used.
Buyer is
responsible for:
-
Returning the product in new, resalable condition. It must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals. If any original parts, accessories, documentation or packaging are used, damaged or missing,
Buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee. If Buyer requests the vehicle to be assembled
prior to shipping or for local pickup but cancels the order when the
vehicle has been or has started to be assembled,
Buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee as the vehicle is no longer in its original packaging available for resale.
There is no refund or exchange on an assembled vehicle.

Paying all
costs for return shipping. Since Buyer is also responsible for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from refund if the vehicle is shipped back damaged.

Buyer
must contact Bobcat's Motorsports prior to returning any items. Any item
returned without our approval will be refused and returned to the Buyer.
-
There are no returns on helmets or any other accessories. Exchange is
available but only at your shipping expense. Please go to

We use a third party LTL (Less Than Truckload) trucking company to
deliver a factory crated vehicle and Car Transporter to deliver a fully
assembled large UTV and Dune Buggy, orders may NOT be cancelled or refused on the basis of extended transit schedules since we have no control over the shipping company.
Buyer may cancel an order
with a written statement if the vehicle has NOT been shipped and
a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted
from refund.
If Buyer chooses to cancel order once it has been shipped
or being assembled upon buyer's request, or refuse to accept the delivery if there was no structural damages beyond repair,
or if Buyer decides to return a brand new vehicle due to
incomplete assembly/tune-up with a factory crated vehicle or
defective/missing parts, a 30% restocking fee plus freight charges to and from our location will be deducted from
the refund, no exceptions.
A net refund will be issued in 7 business days after we authorize a
cancellation or receive a returned vehicle in brand new condition.
