EPA & DOT Approved Street Legal:
This gas scooter is EPA and DOT approved and is registerable as a street legal vehicle in 50 states including California.

Optional 3-Year Extended Warranty:
$99.00 a year; $150.00 for 2 years; $199.00 for 3 years. The manufacturer's warranty starts the day when your scooter is delivered. The extended warranty effective as soon as the manufacturer's warranty expires.

94% Assembled:
The Thunder-50 scooters come to your door 95% assembled (front tire, mirrors, handle bar, rear trunk, battery set up and minor adjustments are required), assembly time is about an hour. Be sure to tighten all screws, check for appropriate levels of engine fluid and fully charge battery prior to operation. Warranty is valid straight from the box.

Front Hydraulic Disc Brakes:

All riders under 16 should ride with adult supervision. All riders should take a safety course. Atvs, dirt bikes, go karts, scooters and mopeds can be hazardous to operate. For your safety, always wear a helmet, eye protection and protective clothing. Never engage in stunt or extreme riding. Riding and alcohol/drugs don't mix. Avoid excessive speeds. Be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Remember, Atv, dirt bike, go kart, scooter and moped riding is more fun when you play by the rules.

For safety precautions, be sure to check and tighten all nuts and bolts prior to use. Also, be sure to check for appropriate engine fluid levels to ensure your vehicle is operating under the recommended conditions prior to use.

I got my TaoTao CY50T in July 2013. I've ridden it almost every day since I got it. I love it!!!! Bobcat's Motor Sports is fabulous to do business with. 2 weeks ago i picked up a brand new CY50-T3 from a dealer in Indianapolis off of E Washington st.
Later that evening i was at a friends house and he lived 5 min away and desided to come home.
I got on the scooter and noticed the headlight was not working so I called the shop the next day and they told me that I would have to bring it down to them. , i thought they were supposed to do safety checks before they went out the door but they dident.
When the scooter came back there was a pice missing off the lower black pannel near the bottom they said gasoline got on it and ate the plastic and they would not cover it so now i have a scooter with part of the plastic missing and only had 7 miles on it.
Yesterday i was going down the street and noticed the handle bars were loose, next the front wheel nuts fell off and i stopped and got it put back on off the side of the street, my guess that the shop that did the final set up had the front wheel and the handle bars finger tight.
