In order to receive DMV registration paperwork that includes signed MCO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and Bill of Sale for your vehicle, please fill out the REGISTRATION PAPERWORK REQUEST FORM (one for each vehicle), scan and email it to [email protected]. VIN is imprinted on a small 2x4" aluminum plate (emission plate) that is under the seat or attached to the fender or frame, it begins with a letter "L" and has a total of 17 digits; Engine number is stamped on the bottom left side of the engine. We will send you registration paper work according to the complete information that you provide. Registration paper work generally requires 5 to 7 business days to process after we receive your complete Registration Paperwork Request Form . Delivery time after processing is between 2 to 10 business days depending on the delivery method that you choose. More details can be found on the request form. There is no charge for registration paperwork within one year of purchase

Please be advised that certain States such as PA, OH, KY, etc. require the MCO (Manufacturer Certificate of Origin) and Odometer Disclosure Statement to be notarized by the Seller, this requirement varies by State or county, so please contact your local DMV or a licensing/notary place for accurate info about notarizing the certificate of origin (MCO) before you submit the form.
